Fiber, Fabrics & Flash: The Future Of Storage Networking

Session Description

Using a single converged network for both storage and networking poses both opportunities and challenges. Multiple SAN protocols (FCoE, iSCSI, iSER, and the emerging RDMA based version of NVMe for fabrics) support IP and Ethernet networks. This session discusses these protocols (including standards and deployment considerations), and provides a view into the future of storage networking.
